    I don’t understand something. I created QR barcode and want the person who scans it go to my website. I put the QR code on an ad .. and people scan it.

    WHO receives the scan and forwards it to my webiste. When I use my cell phone to make a call, or send a text message… my cellular carrier receives my call and forwards it to the preson I called .. and I pay the cellular carrier for performing that service for me.

    Does my cellular carrier receive and forward the QR? Does he charge me for this like a call or text?
