I had just re-watched a video that she had done over at Jason Falls’s blog awhile back about social media and ROI and since I’ve been struggling with it again, I decided to hop over to her site and found that she had just put this deck up. I think that Twitter has become a very important tool in marketing. Next quarter the University of Washington is offering a research/class on Twitter, through the Master of Communication in Digital Media.
